About Root Trimming |【关于修根】

When we pull out succulents from nursery pots, most of its original roots lose their functionality and might start rotting in the new soil. This could cause unnecessary damage to the plant. To ensure your succulents grow healthily in the new pot, we trim the tiny roots off the plant and only leave the main roots for approximately 1-2 cm. This is the best length for succulent root to grow.

拔出多肉之后，肉肉的大部分须根会枯萎，失去原本的功效，甚至可能会在上新盆之后腐烂，造成不必要的伤害。所以，为了多肉的健康成长，我们需要在上盆前给多肉进行修根。修根时，需清理掉所有须根（毛细根）只留下粗壮的主根即可。然后再将主根修剪至1-2cm，这就是最适合发根的长度啦。
