Shipping

We offer FREE Canada-wide shipping via Canada Post Expedited Parcel for orders over $179, and charge whatever Canada Post charges us for orders below $179.

If upgrading to Xpresspost is going to make the parcel going by air, AND price difference is within $3, we will choose Xpresspost by default.

Please be aware of that at this time, shipping time may be longer than usual. Succulents generally would not die on the way, but may change in colour and shape.

If you decide to purchase, please choose “A. Shipping fee required later upon receipt, please read shipping policy” as your shipping option. We will contact you with screenshot of postage, then you can EMT us.

If you would like to use you own shipping method, or would like to upgrade to Xpresspost, please leave us a note at checkout. In case of upgrading shipping method from regular to Xpresspost for orders over $179, we would only charge the price difference between the two.

If there are damages occur during travelling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to solve the issue.

Please note, it is your responsibility to pick up orders from post office/community boxes as soon as they arrive, we are not responsible for any damages or deaths for orders being picked up after 2 days since it's been left in the post office.

Winter Shipping

UniHeat Shipping Warmer is highly recommended if temperature in your area is below 0ºC. We will not provide any aftersales service if you fail to purchase UniHeat Shipping Warmer in winter months.

Please also consider upgrade to Xpresspost if estimated time for Expedited Parcel is more than 4 business days. (Check delivery standard here. Use M1W 2L5 as sender’s post code.)

If temperature in your area is too extreme, we reserve the right to hold back shipments and to cancel your order.

After reaching out to you, ROU AND MORE will NOT be responsible for any damages or death of the plants if you still choose to purchase and to ship during winter months. We will still pack your order with great care using insulated materials and we will require you to do the following:

Have the order ship to a Canada Post Flex Address. This will let the shipment spend less time in the Canada Post truck and reduce the risk of them getting damaged. Please check here for details and to register.
Check delivery standard here. Use M1W 2L5 as sender’s post code. If the estimated time for Expedited Parcel is more than 4 business days, please leave us a note during check out to upgrade to Xpresspost.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails to meet the above requirements.

Local Delivery

Delivery is only available in certain areas and is determined by the post code you entered at checkout. We need approximately 3 days to process your order. If you have any special requirements please leave a note in Delivery Instruction.

Pick-up

If you choose to pick-up your order at ROU AND MORE, please wait for your pick-up confirmation via email/message. Please follow the instruction in the message and have your order number ready upon arrival.

Note:

All succulents will be cleaned and root-trimmed before it gets to you.

(Pick-up & Delivery Only) If you purchase both succulent and planter with us, we will happily plant it with our succulent soil for you. Make sure you tell us how you want to pair your succulent and planter in the NOTE section at checkout.

If you purchase plants only, they will be delivered to you with no soil and pot.
